Q. What repairs can you do?
A. If your mobile phone is damaged and out of warranty, we will try and fix it for you

Q. If my phone is “water damaged” (damaged by any type of liquid) can you still fix it?
A. We can fix most water damaged phones as that is our speciality !

Q. How do I get my phone to you?
A. We will pick up your phone within a 15mile radius of Norwich. Anything further than 15miles will be at an additional cost. (Please contact us for details)

Q. How long will it take to fix it?
A. Turnaround time is 2-7 days after receiving the phone depending on job and availability of parts. Most jobs are completed within 2-3 days This does depend on the fault, make of phone and parts required.

Q. What happens if you can’t fix it?
A. On the odd occasion that we can not repair your phone, we will get in touch to let you know and return the phone. You will be charged the £10 service charge only

Q. Is my phone insured while you have it?
A. No it is only worth scrap value while damaged. Insurance companies do not insure damaged phones for their full value

Q. Why do the charges differ?
A. Each repair is priced on time taken, type of damage, and any parts needed. Until we assess the damage we can not know the true cost of repair. (A deposit will be taken before we assess the damage)

For all mobile phone repairs we require a £15 deposit which is paid in advance. £10 of this is non-refundable service charge to cover any collection/delivery, dismantling and assessment costs*. The remaining £5 of your deposit is refundable if your mobile phone can not be fixed.

*£20.50 deposit for all mobile phones that are posted to us for repair/assessment, the extra £5 covers return postage within the UK of your mobile.
